29mm Estes Pro Series II Retainer on LOC 29mm MMT

Hello, I want to ask if you can fit a 29mm Estes Pro Series II Motor Retainer onto a LOC 29mm MMT - a tube with a 31mm outside diameter.

Just got a LOC kit and found the extra 29mm Estes retainer.
The retainer does fit on the LOC MMT.
LOC MMT = 1.220" (30.988mm) OD
Retainer = 1.225" (31.115mm) ID.

Ensure you remove the glassine layer on the MMT and use coarse sandpaper on MMT and inside retainer then HIGH temperature epoxy. In the US we use JB Weld.

Just attached an Estes 29mm retainer to the 29mm motor tube of a LOC 54/29 adapter. Fit great.
