TRF is pleased to announce that Carl McLawhorn of Semroc will host the September Fireside chat. It will take place on the 26th of September from 8-10pm Eastern time.

Thanks Carl!!!!!!!!!!!:D

Plenty of notice in advance!, why so far apart... why not every fortnight?

Plenty of notice in advance!, why so far apart... why not every fortnight?

Sometimes it's better to want, than to have . . .

Seriously, it gives the vendors an opportunity for maximum participation. If we were to go every two weeks, the audience might not be maximized. This also allows people to schedule the time without feeling overburdened.

Because measurements like furlongs and fortnights confuse most Americans... ;)
Exactly. And it's all due to apathy. I mean, who gives a firkin these days, anyway? ;) :D

("firkin" - an Old English unit of measure. 1 firkin = 40.9148269 liters.)

I had an undergrad prof who gave units on tests in terms of MKS. Answers were required to be provided in obscure units from an "approved" list which included furlongs, fortnights and firkins in addition to pottles, Flemish ells, acre-feet and cubic angstroms among many others.

Have you ever tried to write out an answer that should be in milliliters in terms of acre-feet? No exponential notation allowed for this part of the test. Keeping track of the zeros cost me LOTS of points.

On the bright side, everyone who took the class had no problems with unit conversions.

Oh, any any given unit could only be used once on the tests!

That is downright abusive. What was he, a bully?

Nope. He was a good teacher.

He said he had problems with kids having unit problems. He wanted to make the process so familiar and second nature that it would never bug anyone who took the class ever again.

For the most part it worked. I did not have unit problems then but I did for a while in high school. Many of my classmates did, though.

I thought it was interesting but I always did enjoy obscure and archaic things...enough to where I actually studied Moabite at one point. I can fit all the extant Moabitic literature in my glove box and still have room for some Akkadian.

A-ha, I get what you are saying. I had teachers like that, too. Some of the best I ever had.

I thought it was interesting but I always did enjoy obscure and archaic things...
Hey, hey, watch it there, buddy! Oh, I see what you mean... :D

...enough to where I actually studied Moabite at one point.
No Moabite for me (not even Californian), but I would love to go there and ride the Slickrock Trail sometime. ;) I did study Latin for four years in high school, though.

I can fit all the extant Moabitic literature in my glove box and still have room for some Akkadian.
Yeah, I keep some trail guides and maps in mine, too. Oh, and what's that, Cajun lit? (Some of my ancestors...)

I had a chance at NARCON 2009 to sit down and talk with Carl for a few minutes. He and his crew are definitely awesome people.

8PM Saturday? Carl I'd love to talk online but the Penn State game starts a 8 - hope you're still online at halftime!

Gotta work! :( Oh well..

Am sure 'transcript' will be posted..Mayhap, we can have an availabilty date nailed down for when the Saturn V will make it's debut! :D

We're on folks for tomorrow (Saturday) evening starting at 8:00pm (EDT) here in the U.S.

Is a transcript of this going to be posted? I was unable to participate.

Sep 27 02:02:08 <Carl> First, thanks to John, Troy, troj and all the rest of the TRF staff!
Sep 27 02:02:20 <Carl> Semroc started on December 29, 1967 at 6:00 P.M EST.
Sep 27 02:02:38 <Carl> After releasing 10 kits and about 40 engine types, we went dormant
Sep 27 02:02:51 <Carl> until December 1999 and re-incorporated on April 2, 2002.
Sep 27 02:03:00 <Carl> We have about 85 kits and over 2100 unique parts in inventory.
Sep 27 02:03:09 <Carl> In the works are over thirty new kits, including the 1/100 Saturn V
Sep 27 02:03:19 <Carl> and the 1/100 Saturn 1B. We hope to have both Saturns and about five
Sep 27 02:03:28 <Carl> additional kits before December 1, in time for Christmas.
Sep 27 02:03:35 <Carl> We are also working on the SAM club (Semroc Astronautic Modeler) that
Sep 27 02:03:45 <Carl> will feature a quarterly (hopefully) newsletter and additional discounts.
Sep 27 02:03:56 <Carl> During this two hour chat, we are offering a $10 gift certificate
Sep 27 02:04:04 <Carl> on all orders $20 and over!
Sep 27 02:04:43 <Carl> Sheryl and Bruce are here also to answer any of your questions.
Sep 27 02:05:33 <Carl> We will take the first question from andy and go around the list in order.
Sep 27 02:06:18 <andy> no question at the moment

Sep 27 02:10:48 <Bravo52> Carl, Sheryl, and Bruce, thanks for coming on and chatting. You're a great inspiration to the hobby and you've done great things to support it. What is the #1 thing driving a decision to kit a model?
Sep 27 02:11:52 <Carl> Popularity from votes on our site is the #1 reason
Sep 27 02:12:23 <Carl> Crocodile?
Sep 27 02:13:02 <Carl> DexterLB?
Sep 27 02:13:14 <Crocodile> Do yo upl an tomake a kit of Vern Estes original Big Birtha??
Sep 27 02:14:15 <Carl> No. The name Big Bertha is a registered tradmark and it is one of their oldest assets.
Sep 27 02:14:40 <Carl> jdud?
Sep 27 02:14:50 <jdud> Carl, what is your favorite rocket? Sheryl, Bruce?

Sep 27 02:17:12 <Carl> RandyT0001?
Sep 27 02:17:14 <RandyT0001> How can I help the SAM club, build articles, drawings, what? When do you expect to "launch" the SAM club, later this year or next year?
Sep 27 02:18:31 <Carl> Our goal is to produce one similar to the old MRN, with articles about the history of pioneers and their oldest models.

Sep 27 02:19:04 <Carl> We will also focus on particular areas of our company so our friends can get more of a virtual tour.
Sep 27 02:21:13 <les> Good evening. Sorry I am late, I had computer problems
Sep 27 02:21:18 <Carl> It will be a print publication only so a PDF will not be available to the non-members until some later date. We are trying more for the flavor of the early days of MRN and American Rocketeer.

Sep 27 02:22:51 <andy> just a heads-up... some of us are in europe (me, cyder, wik, dexter), so if we don't respond immediately, it's cos it's gone 2am here and we're just lurking.
Sep 27 02:23:02 <andy> But i will ask the question from the forum thread... "Originally Posted by Pantherjon: Mayhap, we can have an availabilty date nailed down for when the Saturn V will make it's debut?"
Sep 27 02:23:32 <Carl> Planned before December 1. It depends on the Beta testing.

Sep 27 02:25:55 <Bravo52> How do you do the wraps for the Saturn? Pressed? Stamped? Roller? Is the paper wet or dry?
Sep 27 02:26:59 <Carl> They are the same as the S1/70 Saturn 1B. Embossed gloss coated cover stock. dry.

Sep 27 02:30:25 <les> First, I would like to appoligize for being late. I would like to thank you for your support of rocketry. What sci fi / fantasy kits are planned?
Sep 27 02:31:12 <Carl> I like them all; whichever one I am working on currently.

Sep 27 02:36:14 <Carl> Since we have been through the list two times, let's try for questions from anyone. We will reply with your name in front of the answer. If it gets to busy, we will go back.
Sep 27 02:36:34 <jdud> I can't wait for those future deci scale kits, Yippee. Is is possible to special order an upscale or downscale of a nose cone in your catalog?
Sep 27 02:37:42 <Sheryl> Send us an email. We do custom parts.
Sep 27 02:37:51 <Bravo52> Aside from the obvious (plastic fins ect), how have you seen the hobby change since 1969 and what do you see the next 10 yrs like? Sheryl, the Squire rocks!
Sep 27 02:39:41 <Sheryl> I like the Squire because you can arrange the fins in many different ways
Sep 27 02:39:57 <Carl> Bravo52- The hobby has gotten much better since 1969. Now we have the best of 50+ years to draw upon. It was the Golden Age then; this is the Platinum Age.
Sep 27 02:40:08 <RandyT0001> When you design a new, original rocket do you start building on scraps of paper first or do you open RockSim and then begin to design?
Sep 27 02:41:14 <Carl> RandyT0001- it is a combination. I use paper, RockSim, and 3D StudioMax.
Sep 27 02:42:03 <les> How many rockets have you built or are in your collection?
Sep 27 02:42:31 * MarkII has quit (Quit: Using The Rocketry Forum chat page.)
Sep 27 02:42:48 * MarkII ([email protected]) has joined #TheRocketryForum
Sep 27 02:43:37 <Carl> les-I have built hundreds over the years, maybe thousands. Since the earliest days, I launched a model until I lost it, so I have very little left from the past.

Sep 27 02:44:47 <Bravo52> What do you consider your "Signature" kit?
Sep 27 02:45:28 <Carl> I don't think I have done it yet!
Sep 27 02:45:36 <les> With your SLS line, do you have any plans to expand into MPR or HPR?
Sep 27 02:45:56 <RandyT0001> Thanks for the superb variety of nose cones. Does the company make it's own balsa parts?
Sep 27 02:45:58 <Sheryl> I would have said the Hydra VII for the "{Signature" kit

Sep 27 02:46:19 * RandyT0001 ([email protected]) has joined #TheRocketryForum
Sep 27 02:46:33 <Carl> les- the SLS line is moving slowly so we have not released any new ones lately.
Sep 27 02:47:08 <Crocodile> What new "Retro-Repo" kits are planned for release?
Sep 27 02:48:02 <Carl> Randy- We have always made our own balsa parts! We have over 600 balsa parts that we make for our company and several other companies.
Sep 27 02:48:04 <MarkII> I don't understand that - they are GREAT kits! I was going to ask when we would be seeing an SLS April Dancer! <grin>
Sep 27 02:49:14 <Carl> Crocodile - Excalibur, Vector-V, and Trident are in the works for this year.
Sep 27 02:49:26 <Sheryl> Randy,If you need a part that is not on our site, send us an email. We do many custom parts.
Sep 27 02:50:48 <Carl> MarkII - SLS April Dancer would be cool! I did start on an SLS America since we Mario started working on a 2X USS America.
Sep 27 02:51:16 <jdud> Do y'all enjoy flying HPR at all?
Sep 27 02:52:17 <Carl> jdud- Bruce and I are Level 2 and Sheryl is Level 1. We have spent more money on High Power than I want to remember!
Sep 27 02:52:26 <Bravo52> Carl, there are lots of rumors out there about SEMROC producing motors (engines :) ) Is that in the works?
Sep 27 02:53:24 <MarkII> What is the maximum length nose cone that you are able to make? I am looking for one that is in the neighborhood of 11.5 inches long.
Sep 27 02:53:50 <Carl> Bravo52- Since we turned our engine machine off in 1971, we have always wanted to produce them again. It is much harder now because of regulation.
Sep 27 02:54:25 <RandyT0001> Does the company make it's own airframe and motor mount tubes?
Sep 27 02:55:06 <Carl> MarkII - 11.5" is close to the limits for Julie II and Julie III! Give me more details and I will try.
Sep 27 02:55:39 <MarkII> Thanks - I will send you an email about it.
Sep 27 02:56:11 <jdud> Are there any original designs planned for release?
Sep 27 02:57:28 <Sheryl> randydy, we get our tubes from Euclid and cut to length
Sep 27 02:58:55 <Sheryl> Bravo, Carl did not answer like I would. I did not get my Christmas present last year, maybe this year.
Sep 27 02:59:11 <Carl> jdud-We have some original designs, but our friends like the repros much better.
Sep 27 02:59:27 <les> How do you manage to ship stuff before we even order it? Its the only way I can understand how the packages get here so quickly!
Sep 27 02:59:48 <Carl> Sheryl - there you go starting another rumor!
Sep 27 03:00:20 <MarkII> Your LT-115 is absolutely the best 29mm motor tube. Do you have any plans to make a 38mm one? The LT-150 SHOULD work, but unfortunately, it's a little too tight. (At least the one I have is.)
Sep 27 03:01:10 <Carl> les- Sheryl can explain the elves much better than I can.
Sep 27 03:01:33 <Sheryl> les, I check the orders several times a day and try to get them out the same day. Our PO has changed hours now so not sure how much time it will take for orders to reach their destination.
Sep 27 03:02:43 <Carl> MarkII - I think the LT-115 was created by Coaster for their SuperJets and then carried over to Centuri. In any case, our tubes are made on the ancient mandrels that Euclid used for the Centuri tubes.
Sep 27 03:02:50 * Bruce ([email protected]) has joined #TheRocketryForum
Sep 27 03:03:04 <Bravo52> It's true about the shipping! I think it's majic! How many kits do you do in a first run? Is there a standard?
Sep 27 03:03:52 <Bravo52> I mean Magic...:(
Sep 27 03:04:36 <Carl> MarkII - We have not had any requests for a 38mm tube. I thought everyone got those from LOC.
Sep 27 03:05:25 <Sheryl> Bravo, we started with 50-75 but had to rekit within 2 weeks, now we try to get 150 the first go round. I'm certainly not complaining. Thank you everyone.
Sep 27 03:05:39 <MarkII> Well, yeah, I SUPPOSE I could do that <sigh>. I'm kidding, just a little.
Sep 27 03:07:59 <MarkII> Any possibility of a Gemini-Titan at some point?
Sep 27 03:08:03 <jdud> Have you ever thought of hosting a design contest? Something of that nature may motivate the slackers like me to actually build some of those rockets in my imagination.
Sep 27 03:08:36 <les> Do you "just" add kits as you have time or do you set goals (like we will add x number of kits per year)?
Sep 27 03:08:50 <Carl> MarkII- we have all the parts, but Ray at inFlight is interested in doing it.
Sep 27 03:08:51 <RandyT0001> Pardon my ignorance but who is Julie II and Julie III?
Sep 27 03:10:25 <Carl> udud- We were thinking of that, but Jim was doing it at the time. We really hate to duplicate someone elses efforts. Looks like something for SAM.
Sep 27 03:10:40 <Sheryl> Randy, Julie II and III are the names of our nose cone machines.
Sep 27 03:11:59 <Carl> les- One of our goals is to get far enough ahead that we can set goals. Our five year plan is to produce enough new kits to be around five years from now.

Sep 27 03:12:07 <les> Back to the design contest, since Jim has stopped would you consider it? Also, SAM?
Sep 27 03:14:26 <Carl> les- from earlier in the discussion.....We are also working on the SAM club (Semroc Astronautic Modeler) that will feature a quarterly (hopefully) newsletter and additional discounts.
Sep 27 03:14:54 <les> How much space does your operation take? Between the machines and storage?
Sep 27 03:15:12 <jdud> Any plans for an official Semroc t-shirt. I'd love to sport one around...especially since I live in the Southeast?
Sep 27 03:15:47 <Bravo52> Rocket Bling?
Sep 27 03:15:52 <Carl> les - the design contest might be a good idea to try when we start SAM.
Sep 27 03:16:55 <Crocodile> The SAM club, will it cost to join? Will it include a special model like the Estes EAC did??
Sep 27 03:17:43 <Bruce> jdud - The T-shirts are in the making I have been trying to make up a good design that people will like. Maybe by next NARAM they will be available..
Sep 27 03:18:27 <Sheryl> les, we still have 3 useful bedrooms, den, kitchen, but the basement, garage, formal living room and dining room is taken up by "rocket stuff".
Sep 27 03:19:02 <Sheryl> les, its probably around 3000 sq ft.
Sep 27 03:20:24 <MarkII> Sounds like my house. Speaking of SAM, I have this idea for a minimum diameter 3-stager with a pointy conical nose con--oh, wait, scratch that. <grin>
Sep 27 03:20:53 <Carl> Crocodile - The SAM club will probably not have an entry fee, just a certain amount of orders each six months. We are working on a free model like Estes did.
Sep 27 03:21:08 <Crocodile> cool
Sep 27 03:21:17 <jdud> For the t-shirt...you should use the Semroc Atom logo from your laser x kit. Very retro, very NASAish?
Sep 27 03:21:52 <les> And will we get a nifty membership card? :) Really , the SAM sounds like a great idea
Sep 27 03:21:54 <MarkII> You have reintroduced most of the Semroc kits of yore, but there are a few still outstanding. Any plans for them?
Sep 27 03:22:23 <Bruce> jdud - Sounds like a good Idea for a shirt I will have to keep that tucked back in my mind..
Sep 27 03:22:50 <Bravo52> On your website, what's the difference between centering rings and adapters? How do you know when a ring is laser cut or like a thrust block?
Sep 27 03:23:11 <Carl> les- I still like the idea of a pocket protector with the SAM logo, but I think I am the only one. We will have clip on badges to wear at launches and probably caps.
Sep 27 03:24:05 <MarkII> A Semroc pocket protector? I like it -- maybe with a slide rule, too?
Sep 27 03:24:46 <MarkII> Oops, I meant a SAM pocket protector.
Sep 27 03:24:50 <Carl> MarkII- We have everything for the XK-23. It was one of the first internal baffle rockets. The new "more energetic" ejection charges are prbably too much for it!
Sep 27 03:25:16 <les> Unfortunately this dates me, but I wore a pocket protector when I started work
Sep 27 03:26:32 <Carl> MarkII - The 1/10 scale Black Brant III might be a possibility if we work out the details with Taras. The Aphelion is also in the Queue.
Sep 27 03:26:39 <MarkII> Well, I just wanted to let you know that the baffle in my FSI hercules and the one in my FSI Eos work perfectly. I have never needed to use even a single spitball of wadding or Nomex with them.
Sep 27 03:28:35 <MarkII> Oh, and the Hercules does (did) fire three D12 ejection charges into it simultaneously. No problems.
Sep 27 03:28:58 <Carl> MarkII - Maybe you and I can do the pocket protector thing. It could catch on!
Sep 27 03:29:15 <Sheryl> Bravo, we do need to clean up the web but the CR's are for the ST-tubes and the RA's are for the BT tubes.
Sep 27 03:30:41 <jdud> Before this wraps up, I wanted to thank you for providing all of the great rocket parts. They allow me to build kits that I always wanted as a kid. And, your service is unsurpassed...thanks!
Sep 27 03:30:49 <Carl> MarkII - the XK-23 used a series of holes in ST-7 tubes to form the baffle. It does have a lot of pressure going through two holes.
Sep 27 03:31:50 <MarkII> So I'll build mine extra strong, then. :^)
Sep 27 03:32:05 <RandyT0001> Ditto what jdud said!!
Sep 27 03:32:27 <MarkII> Ditto from me as well.
Sep 27 03:33:03 <Carl> jdud,Mark,Randy - Much appreciated! We really enjoy doing this.
Sep 27 03:33:04 <Sheryl> jdud, thank you and it's always so good to hear that you and others can build kits that they couldn't have/afford when they were younger.
Sep 27 03:34:21 <les> I just got a call and need to go pick up my son. I want to thank Semroc for hosting this chat, but more importantly for the wide range of products (kits and parts), the fantastic service, and their support of the rocket community. Keep up the great work. I look forward to many more purchases.
Sep 27 03:34:47 <RandyT0001> If I send a RockSim 9 rocket file can you give me a quoe on the balsa parts or do they need to be in a different (dfx?) fromat?
Sep 27 03:34:50 <Carl> les- Thanks for participating!
Sep 27 03:34:55 <Sheryl> Thank you! everyone. We would not be here without you.
Sep 27 03:35:02 <RandyT0001> quote not quoe
Sep 27 03:35:21 <RandyT0001> format not fromat
Sep 27 03:36:06 <Carl> Randy - RockSim is fine. We can laser cut fins and rings from Rocksim and also turn nose cones from it.
Sep 27 03:36:27 <Bravo52> Can SEMROC laser cut BTs?
Sep 27 03:36:28 * n3tjm ([email protected]) has joined #TheRocketryForum
Sep 27 03:37:17 <Carl> Bravo52 - We can laser cut slots in tubes.
Sep 27 03:37:36 <RandyT0001> As they would say on the TV show Firefly "Shiny!"
Sep 27 03:37:41 <Crocodile> Does SEMROC have any plans to market launchers and electrical firing systems?
Sep 27 03:37:54 <Carl> n3tjm- Just jump in with any questions.
Sep 27 03:38:33 <n3tjm> hi carl =)
Sep 27 03:39:02 <Sheryl> Everyone, if/when you place an order and need part that is not on our site, mention it in the comments section of your order.
Sep 27 03:39:02 <MarkII> I have noticed that you are now offering slotted BT's. Any more information on them? Width, length? Custom slotting is awesome! I'll be sending you an email about that as well.

Sep 27 03:39:35 <Carl> Crocodile - We are working on a reproduction of the Centuri LIA-77 and possibly the LIA 100 if there is enough interest.
Sep 27 03:40:10 <MarkII> I meant to say pre-slotted BT's.
Sep 27 03:40:38 <Crocodile> Great --- I'm in the process of restoring my original CENTURI launchers I used back in 1967
Sep 27 03:40:48 <Carl> MarkII - We need to add more detail about the slotted tubes.
Sep 27 03:42:19 <Carl> We do custom work all the time. Most of our newest parts were submitted as custom proposals. We never charge for custom design work since we release them as standard parts.
Sep 27 03:43:19 <Carl> But, custom work is not instantaneous. We put new parts on a list and work through the list.
Sep 27 03:43:52 <Crocodile> How do you make the "Laser cut" fin sheets, what type of process??
Sep 27 03:44:24 <Carl> Crocodile- We use a 40 watt laser cutter.
Sep 27 03:44:26 <RandyT0001> You said earlier that 11-12" was the length limit of the Julie machines. What is the diameter limit?
Sep 27 03:45:22 <Carl> Randy- we set the limit at a 3x3 block so the practical limit is about 2.85". The 1/10 scale Honest John will push it at 3.00"
Sep 27 03:45:42 <Carl> Oh, I forgot to mention the Honest John as a Deci-scale.
Sep 27 03:45:44 <n3tjm> A kit I would like to see is your version of the Centuri SSV Scorpion :)
Sep 27 03:46:06 <MarkII> Understood about the custom work. But getting back to Deci-scale, let me just say Wow! Having scale kits available of classic sounding rockets, some of which have never been kitted before, is just too cool!
Sep 27 03:46:46 <Carl> The SSV Scorpion and the other Super Kits really need the obsolete C5-3 (or a 5 foot rod.)

Sep 27 03:47:58 <jdud> I agree with MarkII - can't wait for the upcoming deci scale releases. My wife is not going to be happy with SEMROC. On another note, what type careers did you and Sheryl have between the original Semroc days and the resurrection?
Sep 27 03:47:58 <n3tjm> I got two in my range box :p But if it can fit, a C11-3 would do the trick :p need a 24mm mount though
Sep 27 03:51:30 <Sheryl> jdud, I worked in the x-ray department of one of our hospitals for a few years until I started at Telex in the personnel office (where I met Carl). I stayed home for 20 years before Semroc restarted. I used those 20 years to rest up for this part of my life.
Sep 27 03:52:14 <Carl> I was supposed to teach High School Biology, but Semroc interrupted that, then went to work at Telex as a Technician working my way up to Manager of Advanced R&D, then President of Forvus, then back to Semroc.

Sep 27 03:53:28 <Carl> n3tjm- We have to design it for something that is currently in production!
Sep 27 03:53:37 * jdud has quit (Quit: Using The Rocketry Forum chat page.)
Sep 27 03:54:18 <n3tjm> ie the C11-3 :p
Sep 27 03:54:25 <Bravo52> There is a lot of talk about fin jigs on the net. Ever thought about a laser cut fin jig made from balsa?
Sep 27 03:54:46 * jdud ([email protected]) has joined #TheRocketryForum
Sep 27 03:56:40 <Carl> Bravo- We are working on a laser cut jig now.
Sep 27 03:57:45 <Bravo52> I have a few years before I can retire from the Air Force.....can I have a job then?
Sep 27 03:57:45 <Carl> n3tjm- the C11-3 is a possibility. I have heard conflicting stories about its future production.
Sep 27 03:58:02 <bguffer> have any details of a saturn v been discussed yet?
Sep 27 03:58:45 <Sheryl> bguffer, yes, hope to get it out by 1st of December.
Sep 27 03:59:01 <MarkII> Do you launch with any clubs in your area?
Sep 27 03:59:20 <Carl> Bravo- LOL. I know how much the Air Force pays. We could not offer anything in that range!
Sep 27 03:59:28 <Sheryl> MarkII, who has time?
Sep 27 03:59:47 <Carl> Even though this chat will end soon, we are always there on the forums to answer questions and help provide solutions. If you do not see it on our site, it probably needs to be there. Ask!
Sep 27 04:00:33 <MarkII> Thank you so much for taking the time to chat with us.
Sep 27 04:00:55 <Bravo52> Many thanks to you all.
Sep 27 04:01:07 <n3tjm> its a shame that Estes discotinued the C11-5's
Sep 27 04:01:24 <n3tjm> D12-5's would do nice in that rocket
Sep 27 04:01:24 <Carl> Thanks to all the participants. We have really enjoyed this and hope to do it again soon.
Sep 27 04:01:32 <Sheryl> Yes, please send an email. The phone # we have listed is too far away from where we work to hear it and we forget to listen to the messages sometimes. We do respond to emails much faster.
Sep 27 04:02:13 <jdud> Thanks!!!

Thanks for posting the transcript, I missed the chat -- and thanks to Carl, Sheryl, and Bruce for taking time to chat w/ rocketeers!

Lots 'o neat things there, the SAM club will make me get all nostalgic and stuff...

:eyepop: I better get my prototype clone finished up.
