2 Stage 2.6" Madcow Tomach

Changing my plans for my next build. Originally I was going to do a Wildman 2 stage, but I'm switcing it up a bit. Going to use a Madcow 2.6" Tomach with a 38mm motor tube I have lying around for the sustainer and buy another 2.6" Tomach with a 54mm motor mount for the booster or go with a Wildman Darkstar 2.6 54mm for a little added style. This will be my first 2 stage build, so any suggestions are welcome.

Electronics arrangement?
I've got a custom two-stage with two Madcow Adventurers 54mm airframe to 38mm MMT that I love.
