12-17 hearing?

This is by no means a complaint or ATF flame thread.

Has anyone heard anything about the hearing on the 17th? On the NAR website, they said there'd be a hearing then.... Am I asking to soon?

It took them 18 days last time. The reasons were so that they could:

decide what to do next after conferring with the lawyers, and include that information in the release;

draft a clear combined response since both TRA and NAR were involved, and post that to their sites and other forums.

I wouldn't expect anything until after the holidays.
