    Help with TeleMini v3.0 Can't see it on computer

    Good morning all, Just picked up a TeleMini v3.0 to replace an older board. I can't seem to pick up the TeleMini via the TeleDongle. I've set the call sign to N0CALL , tried scanning frequencies. Tried setting the call sign to the serial number 3684 Any help appreciated. Spent 10 hours on this...
