So, I had this clear tube that was filled with gum balls.
The gum balls have long been eaten.
Decided to try out something.
A Semroc tube I had ended up fitting perfectly over the clear tube.

So I cut out some pieces 1/2" and 1".
Slid 3 ,1/2" ones on each fintube.
And 2,1" on the main.
As you can see, I havent peeled/cleaned up the main tube yet. I cut the tube pieces with my Chop-Chop saw.ROUGH....
Just playing around to get the look.
Thinking maybe making the 3rd fin, well, a fin. A clear fin????
2" Dia.
Hard telling not knowing.

Cool idea. I have some old clear tubes that I have been looking at for awhile and just haven't figured out how I want to utilize them ...yet. Amazing what one can do with what some would consider garbage. The ultimate re-cycling project.

Don't you mean--CLEARVOYANT!!
YA,thats it! Thats the ticket!
Anywhoo- still trying to get the sticker and glue off the thing.
Its been on a looooooooong time.
Dont really want to scrap it with a tool.
Tried the heat, water, soap and whatever..just keeps coming off in little bitty tiny micro size PIECES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try rubbing with peanut butter. The oil helps soften the glue while the peanut particles act like polishing grit.... Learned it off some homemaker show years ago, YMMV

Try coating the sticker with vegetable oil, wrap with a paper towel, and let it sit overnight. This works with a lot of stickers but is not fool-proof.

+1 on peanut butter. I've gotten month-old weathered masking tape off of windows with it, when all manners of other chemicals were completely unhelpful.

"It puts the oil on the sticker!"

Sorry, couldn't resist!
It really does cut the glue though, soap & water clean afterwards.
