    Bad Azz Rocketry

There are a few rockets I truly regret not ordering and the Mizz Rhonda is one of them. Eric made fantastic, interesting kits! Glad to hear that he is doing well. (if anyone has a Mizz Rhonda (or any other Badazz rockets) they are not going to get around to building let me know)!

Sold Blue Formula 200, 8" / 98mm, new in box, extra decal

Man.....this is exactly what I was considering for my L3 a couple of year back. A fantastic price for a monster of a rocket. Good luck with sale! I'd consider it if we had not lost our fabulous field in Maine and if I didn't have to drive across many states to fetch it.

Looking for a realistic flying Space Shuttle model kit

I was drawing up some rough ideas of a space shuttle rocket using the BPS designed thrust vectoring solution in the ET with a Guillow’s Foam Space Shuttle attached. Unfortunately the BPS solution is expensive (rightfully so) and complicated but I think that it would handle the challenges of the...

    Do you recall Rocket Vision?

Boy....does that bring back memories! I always regretted not picking this kit up as well as the Quad-Pod. I still have the machbuster and check six in my built kit collection to this day. I have flown the Check-6 a couple of times but have not been willing to risk my machbuster! I might have...

    Full Scale ARCAS

No, he needs an OD of 4.5". That is not a common size in standard cardboard tubing. I have a Doug Stout ARCAS which is 4.08" OD due to the thick wall tubing it is made out of. It is pretty heavy I have not directly compared but if memory serves correct it's close in weight to a FG tube...

What Rockets are you working on :)

On the bench and in progress. I put a pause on rocketry a while back and clearly was in the throes of learning how to deal with RC gliders. With the loss of the local HP field in Berwick, ME maybe it's time to focus on the gliders in place of the HP rockets. Maybe the field owners will change...

Madcow Twitch and a couple questions

When you do your external fillets, just fill in the gaps with epoxy. If you mask off your fillets correctly, you can integrate them right into the overall fillets for the fins. If you are going unpainted, this is a good opportunity to tint your epoxy black and that gives a nice look with the...

The first and last flight of the Semroc Hawk

i would recommend staying away from epoxy on these small gliders. Wood glue, used sparingly, is more than adequate. Weight is the enemy of the glider. Take your time and make sure everything is lined up nice and straight. The instructions were clear and yield a nice flying device. Good luck’

xx Sealed Semroc Saturn 1b w/3d printed Shroud off market

Here is another winter build - one of the last Semroc Saturn 1bs that sold. I had placed an order a week or so before Semroc announced they were closing shop and this was in my order. I think that these are nearing "unicorn" status at this point. After poking around looks like USRockets has...
