A friend and I are backpacking America for July and I couldn't help but notice (!!) that the STS-121 launch window runs for the first half of July. I'd love to see it launch but planning around what obviously a very changeable event is pretty hard. Can we expect NASA to set an actual launch...

Have to miss BigEars this year :( (as with every other year now I think about it!) Life's kinda getting in the way at the moment, too many commitments, I might make UKRA but I'll have to see. Looking forward to hearing about it!

Every year my auntie used to send me £10 in my birthday card, one year it arrived and the envelope had been torn open and resealed with tape. The cash was gone. Now she sends cheques.

Silliest mistake I made was probably with a low-power scratch built just days before the UKRA launch I'd working towards, it was quite a long model and I walked through a doorway...whilst holding it horizontally!

I should hopefully make it...I will probably be on the verge of quitting my job so that shouldn't get in the way. If I can get the car off my Mum I'll come up on my own and stay the whole weekend. Cmon good weather!
