The biggest issue with the 24's was the small size and BIG motor. Too many folks built them and for first flight stuck the 6 grain motor in....with out trackers! On the pad...Bang...gone...out a sight...never to be seen again. lol

did not use piston, baffle is plenty to protect recovery gear. use piston sleeve to glue in rear of airframe to strength it. that.s all I changed. did my level 1 with it yrs ago....good luck

I have 2 rings and the forward closure..will get them out and post pics if anyone still looking. Nozzle carrier same as gen2 so using it. one threaded ring new never used ...other ring and closure/smoke holder used one time...pristine condition.

u would have to go there and search forum for the alien rocket..I have seen it there and followed the thread years ago. I go there regularly ..used to do builds on it.
