Use flashpan ignition. Someone on the field will have some BP they will assist you with to get them all lit.

I prefer U-bolts in my larger rockets. Using the eye-bolt is fine, however, they can be a failure point. I've seen rockets (even an L3 attempt) fail due to the rocket spinning and the eye-bolt unscrewing itself from the nut.
