Finished my Tres.

Completed a 24mm egg lofter. Weighs 4.7 grams. I don’t think it will be a good performer. I think I will be getting fin flutter with the .010 G10 fins.

I also have some D22 white lightnings or good ol’e D12’s. I have a competition next weekend and I would hate to scramble some eggs. My D20’s are another batch but, I think I will leave them in the range box for now.

I printed the template pages from PDF and it seems they did not scale correctly. Wing should be 12 inches and I am not even close. From Jimz one of the wing parts would print across 3 pages so, that is not correct.

I bought a couple of packs last month. Can you share the lot numbers?

I think mine was missing the launch lug as well. I thought that I just misplaced it. The only problem I had was glueing the switch. The instructions warn about using too much glue. I thought was careful but managed to gum up the switch. I ordered two replacement just in case.

Wow! Thanks! I ordered a bunch of balsa from them a couple of months ago and missed seeing the cloth.

Does anyone have a current source? CST has .7oz as the lightest cloth available. The only website I have found that lists it is Fly Hobbies but, I don’t think they are in business. Their home page has not been updated in 10 years, contact page and live chat don’t work.
