    As of 0907 local - there has been 0.01" so far at the launch field - Most of the rain was to the north. .27" in Arizona City

    I dont think that we are going to get the heavy rains that everyone is predicting - Looks like it is going to be north of the field, probably in the Red Rock area.

    I took a look at weather.com and right now it looks like the rain will be north of us, but I am not a meteorologist that makes a million dollars a year to be right 5% of the time. IF the weather brings that rain in I wonder if we could either meet in the Barn or under the shade at the R/C Field?

    Wadding/dog barf vs. Nomex parachute protectors

    Depending on the rocket and the room in the parachute bay I uses both. The Nomex protects the parachute and the dog barf takes up the extra volume in the bay allowing the BP ejection charge to be more efficient.
