I don't use loc tite but I do leave my buttons loose to spin. Been there learned that. I like wood screws and counter sunk buttons. Occasionally I will use nylock nuts on machine screws for the buttons. Another lesson is to never use the plastic loop on a nose cone. I use a eye bolt and nylock nut.

I have purchase Kosdon by Aerotech M3500 and L2300 motors and I am concerned about case blisters or things like that. Any tips on these hot motors?

Correct there is no spacer system for the 24/60 case. But the 29/40-120 does use a grain "spacer" on the smaller reloads. Aerotech had the original spacer system with the 29/40-120 case. The spacer comes with the reload and not the hardware. So you have a lot of options from E to G motors...

Here is something else that is interesting that I found out. The 24/60 closures do not fit the 24/40 case. To answer the original question you cannot use 24/40 reloads in a 24/60 motor case.

I Demoed the G8 at LDRS on a monocopter. It was perfect. The case does get very hot so that is something to consider when building for it. I suggest phenolic motor tube.

What is the lot number on those? They have been around a while.
