Sold Clearing out the basement $500 takes all of it.

    Dumb Aerotech 24/40 question

I'll second the sentiment that copperheads are not as bad as everyone says...just handle them gently. And, reloads are indeed fiddly and fun; I kinda like putting them together.

    Sears Christmas 1975

Me too! It's a good thing I got to observe this height of fashion from the comfort of my diapers. However, there was plenty opportunity for me to develop my sense of fashion during the 80's.

    TRF Secret Santa 2011

I got a TLP Hawk MIM-23B. When I was a kid, I had a GIJOE rocket launcher that had a close approximation of Hawk missiles. Can't wait to get to work on it. Thanks Secret Santa.

    TRF Secret Santa 2011

Well, I had to regroup a little. The original SS gift I had ordered has not shown up yet. So, I ordered my victim another item from his/her list and it is on its way...direct to the victim. :santa-smile:

    Black Friday/Saturday Sales

I went last year for the first time, and my wife and I felt like we were in an episode of the Walking Dead. We pulled up to the Toys R Us sometime between midnight and dawn, and there were droves of people wandering everywhere - half awake, dragging themselves toward "the target."

Estes Super Alpha on an AT E or F 24mm?

I would paper the fins or switch to basswood fins. If you cut new basswood fins, I would also make them through-the-wall.

    BSD High Power Rocketry

BSD kinda has a soft spot in my heart. I did my L1 with a BSD Sprint and my L2 with a BSD Apache (earlier this month). I have a 3" Thor that I am finally getting started on (glassed the tubes). I would love to see them get going again but totally understand the challenges of getting a...

Estes NEW PRO Series II ........

Since AT is making their composite engines, I'm assuming they will have the flange/stop (not sure of the proper term) on the motor itself - like the current single use AT's. Even if it does not require the engine block, I'm sure it will be of lesser quality than the Rocketarium retainers...
