Most black powder comes in plastic containers. Get a wood toolbox if you like wood, but plastic is not an issue for static and sparks. Literally all of my rocket stuff is in plastic tubs, including black powder and igniters.

For the Cherokees I made about 100. Lost a few to tubes damaged in shipping. Took some tubes for other projects. It's not too difficult to make more. I'll just need to order some tubes. I think I have enough graphics for another small batch.

It's an 18" chute. I was surprised it wasn't 24" but that's for the bigger PSII rockets.

That’s where I get them for my Mega Der Red Max clones. Anyone can get them. But then there’s the problem of fins. You can get those at Erockets. But then you’ve got all the other parts: motor retainer, rail buttons and launch lugs, parachute, shock cord, etc. maybe erockets has all of that but...

On J500 to J570 my sim says about 15k’. It’s no record but plenty high and a lot of fun. J500 takes the pair to about 5000’ and the sustainer goes well from there.
