I've seen filament printed clear plastic fin sets, and they are more translucent than clear. Questions: Would sanding and polishing these produce a clearer result? Would the use of a resin printer instead of filament produce a better result? (I think I know the answer)

Anybody have any ideas on how to get a deformed QJet casing out of a plastic fin can? Short of cutting apart the fin can? I tried to remove it shortly after recovery while it was still warm but only managed to get it halfway out.
