That was always my plan to fly this for my level 3 cert. I was going to build it with a loadable nose cone weight that I could change up/down to fly different motors. I wanted to range K - M type because of costs. But make no bones about it this baby would impress just about anyone.

I bought this kit years ago from a company called Orbital Dynamics (which I believe is no more but not sure) this is a 9" kit for level 3 motors. I never got the time to build this rocket and would like to sell this to someone that will build it. I have 100% of the kit. Fiber glass nose cone...

The quad pad I have has supports on the legs that allow it to fold and unfold. The other end of the support ties to a square Block that hooks to the bottom of the main mech holding it centered on all four legs. I do not know what version I have but I do have the manual for it so I can look and see.

It folds up, the blast plate is pretty heavy, but again it a nice pad

I picked it up at a hobby shop a many years ago. It really is an awesome pad. Can convert from rod to rail easily, and the adjustments for wind angle super easy. I also like the way it tilts to load the rocket.

Ok fare enough. I used them to transport the actual reloads and then they worked great as a case to build the motor. They are a pretty nice container.
