The M1315W and M1850W are both great motors. I've flown both in my PR Competitor 4. The M1315W for my L3 flight to 16,345 feet and M1850W put my competitor 4 up to 18,600 feet and change.

The Performance Rocketry Competitor 4 makes a great L3 cert rocket kit and it is simple to build. I made my L3 cert flight with an M1315W to 16,345 ft. It has flown a K695R to 4,446 ft and a AT M1850W for the 75/7680 casing to 18,600+ Ft and came back asking for more. Here is a launch picture...

The new K250 costs $250, I personally would say go with the K270W for the 54/2560 they aren't a full K either but they cost $100 less and still burn for 7.5 - 8 seconds. I flew the K270W when if first come out in my Firestorm 54 clone to 12.9K and change. It is a really nice motor. Also nice...

Well having seen the M1450 in flown a 75mm minimum diameter to 37K I have to say it's a really nice a motor. I've also flown the AT M1850 for the 75/7680 casing in my Performance Rocketry Competitor 4 to 18,600 feet and change. Looking good. EDIT: -removed-
