Have you tried the instructions....? Simple modeling techniques - coat it with either West System epoxy, or regular 12 minute epoxy thinned with 70% rubbing alcohol - prime it, fill with bondo spot filler putty, sand, prime again and paint. Just as it says in the instructions. Tolulene....really?

I'm offering digital images of the actual working drawings for the kit - and I'm being told to lay the fin on a scanner with a ruler.... I'm sorry , but I just don't like the sound of that.

There is no "sealing" of the hole - it's a hole in the airframe that the lens of the GoPro sticks through.... no need to have the electronic bay sealed.
