Take a look at Jim's second-to-last photo in post #18 - the switch band does not end up in the center of the coupler, so you'll have an inch or two less in the lower airframe because of that. I'm starting to put one of these together now myself, and I didn't think I could make everything fit...

I got a shipping notice yesterday, so 10 days from order to shipping. Edit: I also emailed them to ask for a tracking number and they replied in about a half hour - so A for responsiveness.

I went ahead and placed an order - I've been interested in these for a while, but missed out on the other suppliers who were producing them. I got an automated order confirmation. I'll post here when it comes in.

I have a Loki Red L1040 for my Dominator 3.

I'll be there hoping to get two flights on my new Dominator 3 (plan is J449 and K650). I want to fly it on a Loki L1040 at AirFest, but need a couple of shakedown flights first.
