He is right, those small aerotech C slot motors are probably not possible to install the igniter through the nozzle once assembled, I have always pre installed them.

Yes thats right, the instructions don't actually say to grease it but it does refer to it as a pre-greased oring. Mine did not have any grease on it out of the packet so I decided to put grease on it myself

Im sorry to put it like this, but you really do need those fin spans to be at least around 110% of the airframe diameter to get them out of the turbulent air flow and in to some clean air to give them any chance of keeping the rocket stable at high velocities. Good luck, I get excited reading...
