Shuttle Enterprise may be damage from Sandy

PS, thanks for the reminder that i hadn't watched the video today... i think I'm obsessed! I must have watched that video 100 times, it just blows my mind that they could do that with the shuttle in one piece....

Shuttle Enterprise may be damage from Sandy

I grew up in Southern California and I've been on those streets... If anything the camera made it look easier than it was... They had to take out quite a few trees to move it, but for each one they took out they planted several more. (Which still didn't satisfy the environmentalists...) If...

    Just starting out

Just wait until you move into the 4-6" diameter kits (2x-3x larger than the Leviathan) like the AGM-33 link in my signature... With young kids, you'd do well having the smaller rockets as the main event, and then launching a mid power once or twice per launch day as a finale.... The Leviathan...

    Wildman's Black Saturday Sale

That's what I'm banking on... It would be bad business to do otherwise... I would think the motor mfg would even approve that to ensure people who really drop some $$ on our hobby sticks with (or switches to) their higher impulse stuff.

Can someone explain the LOC info table?

Ain't that the truth!! I seriously feel like offering to exchange my services for their product... we both win in that scenario, the vendor gets my work at a discount since they pay cost for the merchandise and they get MSRP or ASP values worth of my time...

Rouse Tech and Contrail Motor Hardware

I think he may be shipping today based on some PMs we've exchanged the last couple of days. But give the guy a break... He did just lose his job, and he is having to sell off rocket stuff, and I'm sure that's not easy... Especially if he's married... I've lost a job before and let me tell you...

    Help with Aerotech rockets

Another option if you need to get closer to the MMT from the forward end is to get a coupler (A2Z Hobbies sells them) and you could cut the airframe a couple inches forward of the MMT and use the coupler to put it back together when you're done.
