    US Composites Epoxy

    I would suggest the 635 THIN EPOXY SYSTEM Medium and getting Cab-O-Sil and milled glass as the thickener for the fillets. I have used the US Composites 635 THIN EPOXY SYSTEM to build a 75mm minimum diameter and fly it on an AeroTech M775W (this was the prototype to the M685) and it held up fine.

    Yes they were 0.1875" G10 but I'm one to always build on the extra strong side.

    "Starship" - L3 Build Thread

    I wouldn't run the U-bolt in line with the all thread rods as you're making the bulkhead weaker in that one direction. I hope that makes sense. Run the U-bolt in the opposite direction of the threaded rod to spread the load out more evenly.
