Enjoying the Mel Brooks Christmas marathon. Just watched History of the World Part One, now watching Young Frankenstein and the Producers is next. This is a Christmas tradition in the making.
There was a very eclectic show that was shown every year in Philadelphia on public TV,
It was a series of narrated short stories performed by marionette puppets.
By today standards it is a scary weird eccentric kind of story but back in the 50's, 60's 70's
in Philadelphia it was on all the time at Christmas, and was a classic.
The amount of work and time that went into making these productions is cool to see.
