Aerotech G-force on a H128, at Lucerne Dry Lake Bed flying with ROC. My son will flying another G-force built similar to this or a Estes Argent for this Jr. L1

Unfortunately, there were not any good recovery pictures of my L1 flight on a scratch build crayon rocket using one of your nylon shock cords or my L2 flight and recovery with a scratch build Excel DD copy with two of your kevlar cords. Included a few here. Crayon rocket on H128, Excel on a J350.

Hope to get some better shots in December when we go launch again.

Yes, that was a 38/720 on the Excel
Thinking the first pic should have been a white lighting also... could have been the test flight on a G76Green but not a blue thunder load.

I'm going to start working on my L3 after xmas. At this point looks like it's just going to be an upscale (1.5x) version of my L2 rocket using fiberglass tubes and G10 fins. I really like the looks of the BD Excel rocket.

Think I had the same exact order as les...INCREDIBLE cords Teddy! This Kevlar material is very similar to the other Kevlar mule tapes that I have seen, but seems to be a bit tighter of a weave. No pulls at all in the threads.

The extra shock cord is great! The great thing about that is I plan to pass your good deed on to my father for Christmas. He's always been wanting to build and fly a semi-scale Talos missile, so I intend to build him a kit in 4". He's been out of the hobby for a few years now, so this may be the right thing to get him back involved in the hobby.

Dan I'm not sure what your lookin at but 4" sounds a bit big for a 1/2" cord unless it's NOT made of fiberglass.........
I think I sent you a 9/16" cord anyway,,,,,,, with the Kevlar sleeve,,,,,,
The Green tubular nylon is 1/2" the white is 9/16" ,,,, just a scoootch heavier,,,,,,,,

Dan,,, I just made some cords up for a guy in California,,,,,,
6" X 13 ft X 43 lbs,,,,,,,,, this is a big rocket..........
I made him up some 1" kevlar cords,,,,,,,,,
They came out georgous,,,,,,,,,,
I don't know if that would fit your bill,,,,,,,
I will tell you,,,, the 1" green tubular nylon you see is very heavy,,,,,,
when I sew cords up whith this material you could literally tow a truck with them.........
4" wouldn't be big enough for that material........

It's Monday morn,,,,,
I just got off the phone with a very nice gentleman at the Elgin Illinois post office......
He looked up the tracking #..... There are many packages in this numbers's "lot"
that haven't been "sorted" through yet. He said the volume they have been working through is just amazing...
He is looking at 8 pallets outside his office that haven't been done yet,,,,
he said there was a weather system that came through down south somewhere that
affected things as well and that where this package is coming through.......
He said ha has every reason to believe this is just a volume delay and it's not lost......
They will get to it,,,, it may just take a couple of more days..........
