Hi,

Does anyone out there have any Sky Ripper 29mm or 38mm motors that they want to sell? Used is okay.

I have a full set of 29mm, brand new, never used, along with some 38s, as well as some grains.

Got Kevin's motors and grain and stuff in the post today, excellent deal, thanks.
now just a small matter of getting to figure out how it all works.

Glad to hear it all made it there in good shape! And hopefully the VAT tab wasn't too painful.

Instructions for the motors should be there; if you have questions on anything (including the valve manifold), let me know.

The customs people took me for just over £60, i'll probably be in touch about the manifold - the motors look pretty straight forward.

Kevin, i must say your ability to get everything into the triangular box was simply awesome. stuff just kept on coming out. Really well packaged, survived the British postal system.

Glad it all survived! I wanted to use a bigger box, in some ways, but at the same time, I knew that would increase the shipping costs significantly.

As for the manifold, it's not as difficult as it looks. I believe your power cords are different than ours; the plug is something I cut off an extension cord, so that I could use a simple control box to control the solenoids, with one common line. By using standard plugs, I was able to just use a conventional indoor/outdoor extension cord. A better method would be to use a relay, as the current drop over a long extension cord ends up being pretty significant.
