ARA Press Ordering Issue

Is anyone having any problems with the web site ordering. I can not get past the shipping page. Keep getting an error message when I try to put in the address, tried 3 valid addresses and nothing is working.

I don't order from that site, but I get that message for a few reasons:

1) A particular location has a different physical address than mailing address. If it is coming USPS, it has to be a mailing address, and the Post Office can't deliver to the physical. If it is coming UPS/Fedex, it can't be delivered to a PO box.

2) The item can't be shipped by the method selected--i.e. trying to have a 55 gallon drum delivered by the postal service.

3) The freight carrier (this happens with FedEx a lot) is using a bad GPS address database.

I'd call them to see what the problem is, and how to resolve it. They may be temporarily closed.

Owner is a long time member of our rocketry club.

The AR in the company title stands for Alfa Romeo and he shows up at our club launches in a classic Alfa Spyder.
