Why? The virus doesn't affect how you wipe yourself. Again paranoid people acting stupid. Listen it affects those that have health issues and elderly. I say be careful and mindful but not fearful. Do not create chaos because it doesn't help or do anyone any good. That seems to be the problem we have. I feel safety measures should be put in place and of you feel you have the virus please get tested for your own health and those around you and most importantly stay calm and maintain common sense.

I mean worst case you go **** to shower and just hose off I don't see the big deal with tp hoarding

Actually I think this is very much a part of the plan. And rightly so.

There's no reason Uber Eats, Door Dash, grocery delivery services, pizza deliveries, and other American staples of existence shouldn't go on and be used. At any one time most people will be healthy. Those delivery drivers gotta make a living too.

This isn't a zombie apocalypse, alien invasion, or red scare. We shouldn't gather in large groups, sure. So, instead of going to grocery stores at 5 pm rush time, it makes sense to go there at 6 am when it isn't crowded, or have the grocery store pick and deliver the groceries. This reduces people in the store and thus helps contain the spread of the virus. Similarly, going to a restaurant exposes you to them and them to you. Using a restaurant food delivery service dramatically reduces the number of people who are exposed to each other.

And imagine that you are in quarantine, or worse, isolation. Having food available at the tap of an app, where it comes to your home, is left on the doorstep, and you don't even have to interact with the delivery driver at all --except for leaving him/her that tip in the app-- is probably the best way to handle this. People without access to this might feel they need to break quarantine, exposing others to infection.

Interested to hear various views on this.
