No.

I prefer to have each article posted separately, the same way he has been doing it since I joined. Somewhat related, I do not advocate for any type of censorship at all. If I had waited a little longer to be a lifetime supporter I would NEVER have donated any money to this site. You have my money now and you wont be getting any more from me so I guess what I think or want doesn't matter to you anyway.

Unfortunately neither us own the forum and I believe they have spoken.

Ok, this sorta answer sorta makes sense to me. I've never run a board but my guess is that it's not so much the content as the sheer volume. Storage costs something.
Full disclosure, I'm am not a Winston reader.

This is me speaking privately, not related to the organization I belong to.

No users come to forums like this because of the owners. They come because they value the content, which is provided by other users. Throttling users seems counterintuitive.
The owners have to pay the ills to be sure, but that can only be done by having traffic. Winston’s posts generate traffic.
If Winston is chased away, I am too.

Like I said they've already got my money and they don't care what I think.

No one asked you to stop posting. Several mods recommended you scale it back. I suggested a solution to where you could put them in on thread per day.

I do not think the owner tool a stance. That being said, I will tell you that it can be overwhelming and diluting of content to have 10-20 new thread per day of non-rocketry threads from one person. For example, 14-16 post per page on the forum could be considered flooding with diluting content.

I've been coming here for about 20 years, long before it's current owners had it, long before Kevin had it and sometime when Carl owned it and was running it on a PC on a cable modem in his basement in Ohio. In all that time, never once did I come here because of the owners or the moderators. Never once did I complain that someone posted too much or too often, even in the watering hole which is about as least restrictive as you can get here. I came here for the content and my fellow hobbyists. Similar to what Steve said above, if the policies of the site are to restrict someone just because of the volume they post, then I can find other sites to visit. There was a time when Steve and I were both moderators at just such a site.

There is no policy. It was merely a suggestion sent from two moderators.

Although the suggestion did not come from me, I agree that it be could toned down after we have received multiple complaints some of the threads. Choose or choose not to follow the advice. Complaints on the forum about too many off topic threads pushed the topic to removing the watering hole. Take the advice or not. I personally could care less.

Have a nice day.

the content gets stale when the threads have not had a new post for over a week. Winston is one of the only posters that posts new threads that keep the threads on the first page of the watering hole from being over a week since the last post.

Are you kidding me? who is complaining that there is too much content? this is getting ridiculous. "multiple complaints" made in private vs several public posts protesting the restricting of content. You people decide who you want to cater too...

Please keep posting as many as you want!!!
I don't read them all but I'm over 50%.
I've learned some very interesting things from your posts.
This is America stand up for your right to post.:)
