Euro Space Technology has brought back Cesaroni Pro-X rocketmotors to Europe. I have to notice that CTI Pro-X Family have CE approval from INERIS according to the Directives 2007/23/EC and 2013/29/EU. So it is considered as pyrotechnic article and category P2. If you want to import it in another european country outside the Netherlands, you have to consider the country's local directives in using this category of pyrotechnic article.

Category P2: pyrotechnic articles, other than fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles, which are intended for handling or use only by persons with specialist knowledge.

I think also that Cesaroni Technology must review his Material Safety Datasheet in https://pro38.com/MSDS/SDS--ProX--ver4-02-EN_FR.pdf , because CE approval has taken other Registration number.

Try to use VPN connection from a european IP address. If you still have a problem, I can send you their email address to contact them and ask if they can send products to JAPAN.

Update: I spoke with the manager of eurospacetechnology and I referred this problem. He told me that he changed it. You can now check the site, it should be ok.

I tried to use VPN connection from England, Germany, Canada and USA.
There is still a problem.
Probably 403 Forbidden is our problem not web owner.
Thank you.

I spoke to them last summer and asked if they could ship motors to Slovakia. They said they could not, the shipping cost would be prohibitive, even though Netherlands and Slovakia are both EU members. Sierra Fox remains the only company in Europe that I have found that ships HPR motors, and they only sell Aerotech.

I dont know why they couldnt send motors to Slovakia. We found a company that can send these motors to Greece, eurospace couldnt send it to us, because reload kits must transported as an ADR class 1.4C. The shipping fees are enough, but if you buy a few motors, its a normal price for each motor. I sent an email to Sierra Fox but he didnt answer me. Maybe because they only sell Aerotech and I wanted CTI.
But, until now, I am very satisfied with Eurospace Technology.
How Sierra Fox hobbies send the motors to other European Countries? With which company? Do you need licence to import to Slovakia the reload kits?

I don't know the company, I just ordered some motors on the Sierra Fox website and they were delivered to me a few days later.

Some websites have ip address filtering so that buyers from certain countries can access and buy. Try vpn with some of european servers. But there is a reason why you cannot access. Lack of shipping method or too expensive shipping can be one of them. Best way is to contact them before you submit your order.
