I've been working on a tether av bay for an Eggtimer Tx. It also has a space for a Eggtimer WiFi swich and Lipo battery. It assembles and by sliding in a 54 mm tube and friction fitting on a kevlar harness. It has a laser plywood cut lid.

The two big holes on top are for threaded inserts.

Here is print of my first design. Didn't quite allow enough room for the terminal blocks. The new 3d CAD models of Eggtimer products will allow me to do a more precise design. Also, probably cant fit all the wiring in there.IMG_0901.JPG

Here is a 2nd version. The enclosure is split into thirds without a base. I think I like the base.IMG_1002.JPG

Back to my first rev. Making the compartments bigger. Adding a lid.

Here is how the two units will fit -stacked. If I omit the middle terminal block on the wifi switch, they should fit
