Made a 19" pizza for dinner (we have a BIG pizza pan), using 72-hour pizza dough. At least the crust baked the whole way through. Quite good but not outstandingly wonderful. I prefer a Pizza Bianca thick, very light crust.
Get a pizza stone to bake it on. make sure to preheat the stone before you put the pizza on it. I make the pizza on parchment paper and then use a pizza peel to put it on the stone & take it off. Here's a pizza peel I made. :)

Replaced the underpowered PSU in my Linux machine with an 850W EVGA modular PSU. I can now run a full 32GB physical memory, no overheating problems on the CPU and otherwise improved performance. Next step is to replace the case and install the liquid CPU cooler I bought yesterday with the PSU.

Worked on my glue/tool tray & sprayed my Sons guitar rack with clear this morning...

My hobby time tonight got replaced by a plumbing repair. While I was making dinner. I discovered a leak in out sink. The culprit turned out to be the garbage disposal leaking out the bottom.

Bathed the cat.
Fitted a dashcam to the new car.
Took my wife and a friend into the city to a show, partly to get used to the new vehicle.
Picked up dog/cat poo in the yard.
Now, hopefully some rocketry stuff (design review of a university team project).

Nice list of accomplishments! I would probably have stopped after giving the cat a bath! Although I do have 2 mini pigs that take a shower pretty well.

Slept late.
Fixed breakfast for my future-XYL: French Toast and Bacon.
Went to get my hair cut and beard trimmed.
Came home and started reading Rocketry Forum.

Went to see Return of the Jedi, Live in Concert, with the NJ Symphony Orchestra. That's where the orchestra plays the score live along with the movie, which is projected on a screen above them. This is the fourth one of these I've attended, and it's great.

Sent out resume's and tied some flies. I am hoping to hit the water at some point in the near future...UGH....The weather has been keeping the local streams pretty high.

I tie too!!

Mainly streamers & wet flies.

Brook trout & bass.. (Bass hit anything!!)

Very cool !!! I am moving towards fishing for Smallies more as they are so plentiful down here. I am getting into the streamers and popper for the Smallies. I have been a tiny fly guy for a very long time. built this a few years back.DSC00502.JPG

My dad ice raced, although that was back in the 70's.. Mini coopers were the car then..

My current IT guy used to ice race, and that was back at the turn of the millennium. He organized the local chapter. But, wit eh warmer winters we've been having, ice isn't always ice.. (St. Lawrence river) and not always safe to have 20 or 30 cars on it.. (He tried to do it on land, but it then jsut turns into a mud race..)

dr wogz, It was in the 60's & 70's that I watched some ice racing. Saab had just introduced the 96 to the US, the first FWD vehicle available. It became the car of choice for ice racing. I owned a 1968 Saab 96 with the V4 engine for many years. It was a great car and did really well on the snowy hills of Duluth.
