Some general assembly guides can be found (Here).I am wondering if there are any instructions available for assembling the SMT Designs electronics bay? I can get a pretty good idea from the pictures but a little more information would be helpful.

I wish TRF had a place to put doc files like these other than in a message. Thanks for passing the information on. If there are any questions that I can answer, just reach out. Thanks!
Like a separate forum for build instructions? Can you be more specific?
One option for Steve at least would be to upload all his instruction manuals to a media album on his profile page and then include a link to that album in his signature.I wish TRF had a place to put doc files like these other than in a message. not a forum, the problem is that when docs are updated all you can do is post a new message with the new versions. Forum messages get lost too quickly in the stream of messages, so all you can do is search for things. Even a dedicated forum for instructions would suffer the same fate.
The Miss Riley instructions are a great example. I posted copies a week or two ago in the initial Miss Riley thread. Tobor was kind enough to let a person in this thread know that I had posted instructions, but they were in a different thread. One place, one set of files that can be updated in place... where people know to go to look for instructions and not wonder whether they have the latest version or not.
I have requested this addition pretty much since I joined. The device template doc I did was a prime example. I needed to be able to update "a copy" and not just post another newer copy. I haven't spent much time on that doc because it just gets lost here...
Seems it would be easier if the mfg. just posted on website.
The only other thing I can think of would be to put a pinned post in related forum and have people add links to instructions. We did this for L3 projects. Most were word/pdf docs on google drive.
Yeah, sorry about that. I was recalling the old forums. I also had not considered the restrictions on vendors. Oh well...as far as I can tell, you can only upload images and videos. All the docs I produce are PDFs for size and maintenance (that is why I had been asking for the file manager add-on to Xenforum).
not a problem. I am just trying to keep within limits. I am so busy that I don't even have much time for here or Facebook...Yeah, sorry about that. I was recalling the old forums. I also had not considered the restrictions on vendors. Oh well...
Ding.
Sweet! My Miss Rilely won't fly before next spring. I'm thinking maiden flight will be on an AT H170M. Sims to 1.8K ft but that will change once I have final weight.Looking Good Tobor
Managed to get a little done on mine- all Im lacking now is rigging recovery and altimeter, and a few coats of clear.
Oh yeah- and fly it ....
Anyone have any first flight motor suggestions yet ?? Thinking 3 grain I-161
Gracias.Oh nice, those do look good! And I think Pearl would look really sharp.
So I finally made a little time and got around to building my av bay last night-
I must say , Im very impressed with thought and quality workmanship Steve puts into his product @ SMT designs .
To be honest , it has me rethinking any future av bay build without considering his product.
Thanks Buddy and Steve , getting closer to that first flight.
