I am really open to single use - provided they weigh a good bit less than the RMS loads + cases - and that I can get them without paying the crazy Haz shipping fee 
Balsa machining service carries a ton if the single use Aerotech stuff but weights are not listed.
The Single use G74 2 pack for $30 is way doable - but I need to find the weight of the motors

I do need the motor to be as long as the RMS though as I have no motor tubes in the design - many of the single use guys are only 83mm long
The total weight of the F67 is 80g, and they are HAZMAT free (the G74 requires HAZMAT, and weighs 87g). The total impulse difference between those two is fairly small.

Can you glue some 1/4 inch balsa strips in to act as a motor mount of sorts ? 4 every 90 degress should be more then strong enough .

I ordered up a pair of F42s - I will post up the final "on the pad weight" once they arrive - and any motor tube mods I needed to make, (if necessary).
and of course - flight video when I get a chance to get out to C.R.A.S.H this summer. Traipsing through the field in the snow / mud is not my idea of a fun launch
