I have a bunch of old chemicals/powders etc from when I used to be more involved with making motors. I dont know how to dispose of it safely and would love for it to go to a good home.

Ammonium perchlorate, binders (old), aluminum, magnesium, titanium, oxides, colorants, burn rate modifiers, etc. Also have casting tubes to boot. Basically a complete DIY setup aside from the mixer.
 
I’m passing through there in just over a week and could pick up the chems if you’d like to donate them to Utah State University high power club?

Dang... where were all these Utah high power clubs when I was at school? :) Chem E. Major even, this would have been great and would have likely been more career focused than being the school mascot. :)
