Scored my level one certification today! Today at a DARS launch in Gunter TX I succeeded in getting my level one NAR certification on a Binder Design Excel named Initiate on a H128.
Yea for me.
Yea for me.
Thank you, it was a blast!Classic motor for a cert for sure. Congrats.
Thank you, it was real fun!Congratulations
Thanks!Way to go John, congratulations!!
Considering I've been paying 33 bucks to fly a three motor cluster in my Maxi Force on E30's, and a H128 reload costs about 22 bucks, I would say I'm happy. I've only got the 29/180 motor so far everything's pretty cheap. Check back with me in a few months and I'll tell a different story I'm sure.Congrats on your L1. Your wallet may not be so happy....

Congrats! There are some nice reloads available for that motor, I flew the H238 for my first time, and wow, awesome acceleration.
Thanks, it's a great fun motorCongratulations on your L1 cert! I used the same motor for my L1 cert.
Sorry, I really would love some. Truth I was so preoccupied and nervous I didn't think about it.Aww, come on, where are the PICS!
(Congratulations, BTW)
Right! As I was finding my over the creeks I could not stop hearing the song stuck in my head by Jimmy CliffCongrats. I was at that launch I think I remember your flight.
Still drying my shoes out from fording the creeks to recover my rockets
Hand your camera to an assistant, especially for cert flights. That way they concentrate on getting the shots and you get to concentrate on the flight.Sorry, I really would love some. Truth I was so preoccupied and nervous I didn't think about it.
My assistant (grandson) was sitting in the car after getting his shoes wet crossing 3 creeks to retrieve his rocket. Should have gotten another volunteer. Learn every day.Hand your camera to an assistant, especially for cert flights. That way they concentrate on getting the shots and you get to concentrate on the flight.
