A BVLOS combat UGV by Milrem Robotics and ST Engineering

Vikhr: Reborn as Robot. Russian UGV equipped with drones and a precision battle module

Russia’s classic Vikhr ВMP-3 Infantry Fighting Vehicle has been redesigned to be fully autonomous. Now with the help of a drone and six cameras, the VIKHR can be remotely controlled from the safety of a bunker. Combat Approved checks out VIKHR’s 7.62 machine gun, AGS-17 grenade launcher and its massive 30mm cannon.

You want Skynet?
We're getting there although I don't see any military ever being stupid enough to not implement an override system. That introduces a vulnerability since an adversary could compromise and use it, but there are all kinds of issues with reliable and secure remote control anyway, so the introduction of a fail-safe override doesn't require much more work since you need a reliable and secure remote control system in the first place to make the weapon worthwhile.

At least I'll be prepared, regardless:

But at least I'll have enough to read. (Note to self - get some spare glasses):

I don't have to worry about prepping, I am on the priority list for the Alpha site via the SGC. While you guys are hiding from machines I'll be hanging out SG-1 and the Tok'ra.
