280 mm nosecone length
249.8 mm ogive portion of nosecone length
300 mm total fin span each stage
144 mm root fin chord each stage
100 mm tip fin chord each stage
45 mm boat tail length, each stage
70 mm boattail rear diameter for booster, probably same for upper stage.
18 mm long internal coupler, about 70 mm in diameter, attached to rear of upper stage boattail, hidden in upper end of booster, giving a total sustainer length of 1065 mm

Different bird...
Steve that's the Japanese Pencil, not the "Baby" rocket.
I was hoping to see the drawing listed in Peter's sources. Specifically, the Yoichi Kuge drawing, for comparison.

At 3.15" OD (80mm), this would make a great full-scale model using 3" airframe tube.
And at 18mm, the pencil rocket would make a great 1:1 scale.

Quick and dirty but it's a start. Btw, I did the build in mm. For a true 3 inch version use the OR scale utility.
