Ugh. My condolences.Club Launch today, and I added some excitement to the launch. My new Shenzhou rocket was destroyed on its first flight ! CATO on a Estes C6-7.
Nice work. Welcome back to the fold.First mock up of my L1 build: Estes Thunderhawk 266% upscale.
Just recently started flying again since 2003. Picked up right where my dad and I left off in the hobby, everything completely scratch built (outside of motors, hardware, and electronics). My dad's off mentoring FIRST robotics, the original reason I stopped flying (I was in high school).View attachment 394528

I'm also probably supposed to know what CATO means).
Augh! I just built a Shenzhou and I almost brought mine to this past weekend's launch. That's a fussy build, so quite a drag.
What happened to yours, it looks like it combusted (I'm also probably supposed to know what CATO means). Any tips for those of us yet to launch one?
