So I'm dusting off my plan to upscale the Screamin Green Meenie after several years on hiatus. Assuming I can still find all of the parts I had squirreled away. The original plan was to do everything with LOC parts or equivalent.

I'm planning to scrap my original idea of a 29mm MMT for a 54mm MMT, and adapt down to 38 if needed. However, I'm now thinking that I'd feel a lot more comfortable if the tube fins were fiberglass instead of cardboard. With 3/4 lb of nose weight, I _should_ be able to fly this on a J315.

And yes, I could go to Madcow or one of the other vendors and pay for some fiberglass tubing, cut to order. I may still do so. First, I wanted to see if anyone had a scrap piece of tubing, or even coupler, laying around.

Willing to offer a reasonable amount of $, plus shipping, or some trade involving something from my "unfinished projects" pile. Looks like I'm also going to be in the market for an AT 54 mm 852 casing too...

I may have something but I have to get over to my shop to check, I'll probably get there over the weekend. Will report back with my findings if your still in need.

I have that. Some Madcow 4". I will get it out and see what lengths I have.

What exactly do you need?

Oops. Thought I put that in the original post. My bad. Am looking for qty 3 x 1.5" sections of 4" tubing. Or something that I can run through a chop saw or table saw to slice into appropriately sized sections. I probably don't need more than 5" - it's just the danger to the fingers when you get that close to the saw blade.

I have a piece of the standard wall airframe that is about 16" long.
