Open Rocket ??

So , Im pretty new to Open Rocket and have been trying to build the profile for my 4 inch 54mm MM - M/C Rogue. I deviated from the original plans and went traditional dual deploy vs head end, that said I added an upper section 24 inch fb tube and an AV bay . The issue I have is no matter what I do in my sims, I cant seem to get the CG where it actually is on the rocket , nor can I get the CP lower and in a caliber range Im more comfortable with . What Am I missing ???? I have over written the mass on individual components / weighed them as upper and lower / shortened the upper added tube / added aft weight , nothing changes it.(cp/cg)

You have the CG overridden for the entire stage. Double click on Stage and uncheck override CG (or adjust it to be correct).
