I have a new feather weight GPS Tracker and I have been unable to get get the ground station to work. I made sure the battery is charged and my bluetooth is turned on. When I turn on the ground station, there are no lights. Which makes me think its a problem. I have contacted Featherweight and they have tried to help but no success. I am wondering if anyone else has had similar trouble?

The red and green LEDs should come on briefly when you first power it up. If that's not happening, I would check to make sure that the battery is plugged all the way in.

If it is, then there are two other places inside to check to make sure the unit is getting power, that you can get to by taking apart the blue case. The short back end of the tracker has a tiny slide switch that needs to be on, and the tracker connects to the GS adapter with a 2-in green screw terminal, and the screw terminal needs to be tight. My guess is that one of those three places are open or loose.
