Still on the hunt for a 38mm tail cone
I could cut back the tailcone on a lathe from the aft end. What other info is available about the issues with the 38mm part?

Tripoli would allow non-certifed launches.
I will check with Aerotech and Rouse-Tech to see what the issue is and how to correct or remedy this if possible. If too much trouble then I'll scrap the idea of using one.

I've gotten a few pm's on these. I do have several in stock, but once they're gone, they're gone. Again, these replace the standard Aerotech aft closure. I have both short and long 98mm tail cone retainers, as well as a few short and long tail cones that sit flush with the end of the motor case so that the motor can be used as an inter-stage coupler. PM if interested.
