Congratulations. Now you are certified to spend a lot more..... Welcome to the club!Level 1 certified with a LOC Goblin and an H219.
Flew it again on an H550.
Good times.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention bt-2.5/ 1/8A (MicroMaxx).Continued work on painting a fleet of down- and up-scale Berthas from BT-5 to 4". Hoping to fly at next club launch on all impulse classes from 1/4A through I across 10 models.
Built a paint rack so I can do all of these rockets in one go
Mind the overspray! That looks fun though
CAed an engine mount? That is... non-traditional. Details?Nothing as exciting as the stuff above... sanded some dowels and CA'd an engine mount.
Sure, why not.I did THINK a lot about rockets today, though. Hopefully that counts?

"Non-traditional" seems to fit. The Sky Shenzhou kit has a solid plastic engine mount with a retractable engine hook. The instructions clearly say to "Superglue" it into the main body tube, so I followed their orders obsequiously. The pictures below show the engine mount with the hook all the way in and all the way out.It apparently makes for a very unique launch. We'll see. I'm really hoping to finish this kit very soon and post a build thread. It was definitely an interesting ride.]
