Never liked the abrupt transition from one to three, so a nosecone was cut up to taper tail end. Bit of a hack job so lots of filler. Won't be pretty but with three Estes E9-4s, it may no last very long anyway. If it does, there are another 5 flights-worth of E-9s to burn. Added a threaded rod at the bottom for motor retention and a screw eye at the top for the 1/8" Kevlar shock cord. Another screw eye was installed in the centering ring as a back up if the center one doesn't hold.
E-9s sim apogee in Open Rocket at 612 ft. Might try E18Ws (1,290 ft) or F24Ws (1,734 ft).
