99 Chevy blazer. I started a right rear pad replacement which turned into a caliper then master cylinder(I did a bench bleed before install ) replacement. At this point all 4 rims are off. Started the rear bleed process & getting meh out. Helper holding pedal down & roters are turning.
An Internet search brought up that the proportioning valve might be offset, followed instructions and heard a springy pop. Started a std bleed w/the l front, got to the rear and still meh bleed pressure and no rear brakes. I need a Chevy or brakes specialist help.

Does it have a ABS modual? Chances are yes . You need to bleed the ABS before you can bleed the breaks .

Yep has an abs module.

Yup . Here's a old school trick. Find a place you can drive it up to around 45mph on grass , and hit the brakes hard. You need to breaks to lock up / pulsate to push the air out. You should feel the difference after only a few times. Then bleed from farthest away from the master to closest .
 
Right now, you probably have a brake system warning light on. That's because your proportioning valve is off-set, and you will find that you have NO rear brakes.
For vehicles with a proportioning valve, they make a tool to use for bleeding. You remove the switch from the center port on the proportioning valve, and install the tool. It screws into the port, and has a small nub that holds the spool centered inside the valve. Then you bleed the system, then remove the tool, and reinstall the switch.
You need to re-center the valve spool, install the tool, then vacuum bleed the system.
