Anybody recognize this rocket? It would have been launched near the ocean, or a river, a lake, a creek, a storm drain...

I wish they didn't leave the name decal on there for the photograph.
 
I think the OP meant if anybody recognizes it as theirs, not the model name.
Of course, I could be wrong.

Yes, the OP should have written "Did somebody lose a rocket near a body of water that communicates with the Atlantic Ocean..."

I thought that "The Liquidator" was meant as a joke -- on account of it being found where it was found. I was going to make some comment about it being a great name for a SPEV. I was surprised to see that it was a real kit.
