View attachment 393841 Finally it’s a proper build thread again. Just Cotronics 4525 IP the bolt to coupler tube to nut to coupler tube plate. Cut a coupler tube in half of its original length. Flipped coupler tube plate around so basically it physically can’t come out. Embedded 29.5” from tailpipe. Epoxied nosecone shoulder on and also the AvBay ring. Noticed the av bay eye bolts could be loosed by hand so I epoxied those as well because I don’t want a twisting shock cord undoing the recovery hardware in flight. Still need wireless router for avionics support, switches, misc avionics bay hardware, and etc. Did a mock up before I epoxied everything. Tired.
For those of you who haven’t worked with Cotronics 4525 IP it’s like a creamier version of rocketpoxy and way less bubbly. I like it so far. But the work time is thirty minutes. Second note is 4525 IP won’t gag you like 4700 will.
