I DO know that it gets stiffer with age, and if I don't use mine up within a year I have a hard enough time working it (or squeezing it out of the bottle) that I throw it out and get fresh.

I believe at one point the makers of Rocketpoxy posted in a thread (that I can't locate at this time) that it had a shelf life of 1.5 years

There was some additional discussion in this thread. Start reading around post 17.

The hijacking continues.

Concerning my Tyrannosaur: I got away from rivets on this build and used pem nuts and machine screws to hold the payload to the A/V bay. The pem nuts were attached inside the A/V bay with rocketpoxy. Really good dollops covering the entire nut. Well I ground tested the Tyrannosaur today in preparation for my level 2 flight. One of the pem nuts came loose as I was putting the screw in it. Not tightening it mind ya. The screw hit it and it popped loose, and rattled around inside the A/V bay. Really good stuff this rocketpoxy. Hopefully I can reattach with some truly good stuff, or just drill it out and use a rivet in that hole, that will make alignment easier as well.

Okay I'm done.

Well, I will add my two cents. I have the opposite experience from everyone else. I have had no issues with RP. I find it to be easy to work with and very forgiving on mixing (and I weigh it out on a scale). I have used it for most structural bonds on my HPR birds as well as for fillets. I actually like it better than US composites epoxy which I used to use with fillers. Those would tend to crack over time which I have not seen with RP. I do not have any problems with keeping things clean. It is thick enough that I can easily transfer what I need without a mess. I cannot say the same for the US composite (I have used both laminating and structural), but I do not use the pumps.

I guess each person has their own preference.

I have the same experience with Rocketpoxy. (For background I've previously only used BSI 5/15/30 epoxy) I found RocketPoxy a joy to use. I had at most 10% of the usual cleanup to do afterward and didn't find mystery epoxy sticking to things for days after using it  It sets up enough in about 20 minutes that I can put it in place and not worry about finding it somewhere else, but still has enough workable time that you can perfect the joint before it's too hard. The only negative point is the two parts have different consistencies and specific gravity so it's a tad bit harder to measure out the same quantities.

Rocketpoxy! I just weight it on my little gram scale in little med cups, and use a tounge depressor to mix it. It flows great, easy to work with. Have used it for internal fillets and everything else.
