Sure, if you don't mind doing your sims AFTER you assembled your motor, installed it, and weighed and balanced the rocket. Repeat for every motor.

It's easy enough to take the Open Rocket file, convert it to a Rocksim file, and then import it into RASAero II. For a Rocksim file, import it into RASAero II. Be sure to make changes for the Fin Airfoils, and the Rail Guides and Launch Shoes, that are not included in Open Rocket or Rocksim. When you are adding the actual Fin Airfoil into RASAero II that is not included in Open Rocket or Rocksim, that should give you some pause for thought.

Many rocketeers do the design lay-out in Open Rocket or Rocksim to get the weight and CG, and then convert the rocket into RASAero II for the final aerodynamic predictions and altitude predictions.


RASAero II had updates in 2016, and just recently (May 22, 2019). See here:
